Office Manager / Bookkeeper
We have an immediate opening for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper.
Job Duties include: Managing the office, process and distribute payroll, process accounts receivables and make deposits. Process and Pay Accounts Payable, review and maintain the general ledger, monthly journal entries, maintain sales tax spreadsheet, process and pay sales tax monthly/quarterly (WA), maintain excel sales spreadsheets for each division, reconcile bank statements, customer invoicing and collections.
Miscellaneous office duties include: Execute human resources functions, assist with quotes for component sales, retrieve and review incoming mail and process. Assist with answering the phone, purchasing of office supplies and maintaining passwords for websites and servers.
Qualified candidates should have the following:
- Knowledge of QB
- Associates Degree in Account a plus
- Accounts Payable, Receivable and Paryoll functions
- Collections experience a plus
- Microsoft Excel and Word
